Room: Bright sunny room with the following features: - Desk + chair - Bed - TV - Dresser The rest of the facility is simple but equipped with the essentials. Shared use includes the kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. Washing machine and all electrical appliances are available. (Except for a dishwasher in the kitchen). The kitchen is otherwise relatively fully equipped with utensils. Location: The location is very good and almost in the middle of the city, most things are very close and within short walking distance. Doctors, supermarkets, hairdressers, restaurants, shops (kiosks), ... as well as public transport (bus stop and main train station can be reached in just 5 -10 minutes). For parking there are public parking spaces in front of the house; there is almost always one free. Otherwise, you have the option of renting your own private parking space also in front of the house. Shared living: Important topics for a good shared life are communication and community. Cleanliness and order are also very important to me. Miscellaneous: There is some free space available in (hidden)ment, a bicycle room is available and shared use of the garden is also possible.
